1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the OmniBaby mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the app.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Important Notice)
Please review the following vital healthcare principles governing your use of the application:
- Informational Reference Only: All content, pregnancy milestone articles, WHO charts, and care suggestions are provided solely for educational reference and personal self-logging.
- Not a Substitute for Doctors: OmniBaby does not replace direct clinical examination, diagnostic advice, or medical treatment from qualified obstetricians, pediatricians, or licensed medical providers.
- Emergency Situations: In case of acute symptoms (such as high-fever seizures, respiratory distress, abnormal pregnancy bleeding, or premature labor), immediately call emergency medical services (911 / 115) or visit the nearest hospital. Do not delay emergency care.
- Medication Usage: Fever and feeding trackers assist in timing intervals only. Actual medication dosages must strictly follow your pediatrician's prescription and pharmacy label directions.
3. Intellectual Property & License
OmniBaby, including its user interface design, visual assets, software code, and educational content, is the proprietary property of the OmniBaby development team and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial parenting purposes.
4. User Responsibility & Local Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and inputs. Because OmniBaby operates under an Offline-First architecture, you bear responsibility for safeguarding your device and performing periodic device backups.
5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
The application is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniBaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or reliance on informational guidance.
